Every corner of this historical treasure tells a story! I was welcomed with a glass of cava, which felt so luxurious and made the arrival extra special. The themed room I stayed in, lovingly decorated, added a whimsical touch that made the experience unforgettable!

The fish and chips at The Falcon Inn were a proper catch – crisp, fluffy, and a taste of the seaside right in Painswick! The local vibe at the Painswick Pooch Coffee House was a delight with their dog-friendly brews. What’s more, the Standard Double Room was warm and the bathroom sparkled like a new penny!

Finding the place was a bit of a bother – had to ring 'em up just to locate the entrance! The TV setup was dodgy, looking untidy with cables everywhere, and the lack of glasses in the room was a tad annoying.

Had a brilliant stay! The grounds are stunning, and I loved the unique character of the Othello Room. The complimentary cava on arrival was a fabulous touch, and I felt so relaxed in the picturesque surroundings.

Felt so comfortable, no complaints whatsoever.

What a lovely place to relax! We truly enjoyed the cozy atmosphere and the nice walk through the beautiful gardens. Sipping tea in the quaint lounge was a perfect finale. The only minor quirk was the occasionally loud plumbing, but it just added to the charm of this historical gem! 😊

I had a lovely time in Painswick. the quirky decor of the room added such charm. Breakfast made to order was a delightful touch, and cozy bedding made for a great night's sleep. I would definitely return for another stay.

Perfect for a cozy getaway

The staff was incredibly welcoming, I was greeted with a glass of Cava upon arrival from this guy Shay, real nice touch, you know? breakfast was outstanding, fresh fruits and eggs cooked to the perfection, I mean like, it's an essential start to your day.

It wasn't exactly on the cheap side, but considering the experience, it was acceptable.

Stunning views from the windows, unique decor in the rooms. Had issues with cleanliness in the bathroom. Ideal for cycling trips in the area.

The place was charming with incredible grounds and attentive staff, making for a wonderful experience. the bathroom was quite tiny, and we encountered some noise issues during the night. a lovely stay worth repeating.

Staying here felt like stepping into a different world! The lush gardens are stunning and super peaceful. Our room was cozy and beautifully decorated. Breakfast was a treat and pretty filling too. Only wish the Wi-Fi signal was stronger. Really loved the outdoor dining area for a morning coffee!

We enjoyed our stay with our grandchild, especially walking along the Cotswold Way. The grounds were beautiful, and we loved the cozy decor in our room. The full English breakfast was a delightful start to our mornings. The staff were friendly and accommodating.

My children wished the common areas were more family-friendly with activities for kids.
